We were delighted to be be informed that one of our projects has been nominated for the 2015 LABC Building Excellence Awards. Blackhill Farmhouse has been short-listed for the best extension or alteration to an existing home category.
Proud to have been part of a project nominated for the excellence awards that recognise not just buildings but celebrate their design and construction teams that have tussled with technical issues, difficult sites and found innovative and creative solutions. The construction team at Modern Unique Developments have executed the plans to a very high level of detail and craftsmanship and we look forward to working together again in 2015 with two other exciting projects at Park Gate and Sudlow.
