Working on behalf of Oxfam and in conjunction with Dowd Town Planning approval has been gained for planning applications submitted for a site bequeathed to Oxfam.
The site comprised of a small dwelling and a dilapidated barn, approval have been sought to extend, alter and renovate the existing dwelling, a new build dwelling house with 4 bedrooms with detached garage and a dormer bungalow with independent access. Pictured above are elevations of the approved dwellings.
